Standard
Services
Pricing for Standard Service includes meal planning, shopping
and preparation of entrées with any applicable side dish,
based on your preferences discussed in the client interview. Standard entrees and sides
can be portioned into four, two or single servings, based on your
needs. All entrees and
sides are labeled and complete heating instructions are left for
you.
Standard Service of Five
Entrees, plus applicable side dish – 20 meals
Standard Service of Four
Entrees or less, plus applicable side dish – 16
meals
Entrée Only Service of Five
Entrees with no side dishes - 20 entrée
portions
Fees for the above services range from
$250.00 – $325.00 per cheffing date, plus the cost of
groceries. The appropriate fee will be determined during your
Complimentary Consultation.
Clients with dietary or special
needs will be quoted fees on an individual need
basis. Special diet surcharge may apply.
There will be an additional charge for
the addition of extra servings or entrees.
Container
Fees
The storage containers used for each
client vary and need to be available for each cooking date. A combination of Glass,
Plastic and Aluminum pans can be purchased. The containers remain the
property of the client.
Estimated cost is approximately $25.00 – 75.00, based on your
requirements.
Replacements containers will be purchased as
necessary.
Payment
Payment of cheffing fee, plus $100.00
grocery deposit is due in advance of cooking date. Any overpayment of grocery
deposit will be credited to the next cheffing date or
refunded.
Dinner
Parties
I have discontinued hosting dinner
parties. However, I am available to cook your meal ahead of
service time for you to heat and serve. Prices vary
depending on the menu chosen and the number of people you are
hosting.
I will charge an hourly rate of $50.00
for my services including menu planning, shopping, cooking and clean
up. There is a 6 hour minimum charge for this
service.
In Home Cooking
Classes
$50.00 per person, plus the cost of
groceries. Fee includes
2 ½ hours of instruction time, menu planning, shopping and clean
up. Minimum of 6 people
required.
Private Instruction - $250.00 per
lesson. Fee includes 2 1/2 hours of instruction time, menu
planning, shopping and clean up. Cost of groceries is
additional..
Grocery
Shopping
While shopping on your cheffing day, I
can pick up your grocery items from a list provided by the
client. $25.00 plus
cost of groceries.
Kitchen and
Pantry Reorganization
Let a professional reorganize your
kitchen and pantry. $40.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
charge.
Floral
Design
Hourly fee of $40.00 with a 4 hour
minimum, for services relating to design, gathering of materials and
labor. Cost of
materials is additional.
Gift Certificates are available for a
Three/Four Service.
Three Entrees with a Side Dish, if applicable, are
prepared. Four servings
of each are prepared.
Fee includes client interview, menu planning, shopping and
preparation - $325.00
